I was working in the south of England, until i moved to Perth with my wife in 2012 and gained my Australian Instructors License.
I take the stress out of driving and promote a relaxed and positive learning environment.

I just want to pass on my appreciation for James Collins’ work. My daughter passed her manual test this morning and James was instrumental in assisting her.
A shout-out to James from A Plus Driving School. I am very nervous and have never driven a car before.
Our quality instructor know's all areas of Perth and will start off in a quiet area until you are comfortable and confident with your ability driving the car, no going onto main roads until you are ready.
Can you book my driving test?
Yes, we can book the test for you.
Can my parents or supervisor sit in on a lesson?
Yes, they can sit in as many times as they like.
Is your instructor Government Accredited?
Our instructor is Government Accredited and also has working with children accreditation.
Does your car have dual control?
Yes, our car has dual controls.
Is the car insured?
Our car carry's comprehensive insurance and public liability.
If a driver school car is stopped by Police for an offence, who receives the fine and demerit point?
The student if driving.
Can I have lessons in my car?
Yes, once the instructor has rated you competent to do so.
Will another learner sit in on my lesson?
No, unless you specify.
